I offer you the opportunity to undergo comprehensive strength and conditioning preparation under my supervision. Let me explain what fitness training involves and how it works. At the first meeting, you / your children will be diagnosed and evaluated for their posture, the functionality of their movement stereotypes and their fitness level, and I will tell you what fitness training and to what extent they should complete.
