Strength and conditioning preparation

Basic information

I offer you the opportunity to undergo comprehensive strength and conditioning preparation under my supervision. Let me explain what fitness training involves and how it works. At the first meeting, you / your children will be diagnosed and evaluated for their posture, the functionality of their movement stereotypes and their fitness level, and I will tell you what fitness training and to what extent they should complete. Who it is for

  • performance and top athletes (individuals and groups – teams)
  • from the age of 10

When

  • all year round (according to specific sport)
  • you can apply anytime during the sports season (the dates given are for reference only)

 

What to bring with you for the first meeting

  • clean sneakers for the gym
  • sportswear
  • water
